Cancellation policy:At Myse Hair Design, we value your time and service to provide the best service possible. To help us maintain this standard, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
24-HOURS NOTICE: please prove at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your
appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client.
LATE CANCELLATION:
Cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
NO-SHOWS
Client who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee
LATE ARRIVALS:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you and a cancellation fee may be apply
Clients may reschedule or cancel their own appointments before the cut-off time
Allow clients to reschedule or cancel on your online booking site or with Assistant after an appointment is accepted. Clients cannot cancel appointments that are prepaid or charged a deposit.
